Staff Structure:
The organizational structure, led by a Director at the top, is efficiently divided into two main branches, each overseen by a Manager. The first Manager supervises a dedicated team comprising two Administrative staff members, two Receptionists, two Security personnel, two Cleaners, and one Driver, ensuring smooth operational and support functions. The second Manager oversees a comprehensive medical team that includes two Nurses, five Locum Nurses, two Nurse Assistants, one Pharmacist, one Pharmacy Assistant, one Doctor, one Locum Doctor, and one Radiologist, catering to the clinical and healthcare needs. This well-organized hierarchy reflects a balanced approach, with administrative and support roles on one side and medical and technical expertise on the other, all cohesively directed under the leadership of the Director.
